Inspiration: We love to cook our Buffalo Asado Ribs low and slow over charcoal to bring out their deep, savoury flavour. The meat’s natural richness takes beautifully to smoke. Finish with a brush of garlic and herb butter for gloss and aroma. Serve with charred peppers and a squeeze of lime.
