Mortadella is making a comeback and now worthy on any charcuterie board or crusty panini. Made from free-range Australian pork, whole peppercorns, salt & spices. 

Inspiration:  With such a light and delicate texture, we love to serve it on a crusty bread slice with pickled hot peppers, like a Venetian cicchetti!

Provenance: Sourced from one of the best Italian salami and smallgoods maker, Marino. We slice it fresh and to order.
